The Executive Committee of the International Mathematical Union (IMU) is the body responsible for the organisation of the International Congress of Mathematicians.
Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India , and the University of Hyderabad take care of the local organization of ICM 2010 under the guidance of the IMU. The University has undertaken ICM 2010 as a project and provides all kinds of local administrative support.
