Introduction: The Oxfam International Youth Partnership (OIYP), “a global network of young people who share a vision of a just world and are committed to working for peaceful, equitable and sustainable social change with their communities” is inviting applications for its 2010-2013 program. During this period, young people, referred to as ‘Action Partners’ will receive several opportunities and support to develop leadership and bring about positive changes locally, nationally and globally. The program is an initiative of Oxfam International and it is managed by Oxfam Australia.The OIYP program builds the capacities of these young people so that they are able to work for positive social change in a more effective manner.
