7. Clinical Supervisor- 2, 1 – SC, 1 – ST
8. Special Educator- 6 – 4 – UR, 2 – OBC
9. Clinical Psychologist Grade – II-2-UR
10. Clinical Assistant- 3, 2 -UR -1 OBC

HOW TO APPLY: The blank application forms may be obtained from The Director, AIISH, Mysore on payment of the prescribed non-refundable application fee of Rs.100/- for General/OBC category and Rs.25/- for SC/ST/PH category in person or by post enclosing by way of DD favouring Director, AIISH, Mysore payable at Mysore along with self-addressed stamped envelope for Rs.25.00 on or before 15.02.2010. The application forms can also be downloaded from the web site.
The application forms downloaded from the web site should accompany the prescribed application fee; otherwise the application will be rejected.
Filled in application forms in the prescribed format along with copies of Matriculation/ SSLC/ Diploma/ Degree/Provisional Degree Certificate(s) and Mark sheets for all the Semesters/ Years, SC/ ST/ OBC/PH Certificate(s) and other testimonials in support of experience etc. should be sent in a sealed cover superscribed “ Application for the post of ………………” to the Director All India Institute of Speech and Hearing Naimisham Campus Manasagangothri, Mysore 570006 on or before 19.02.2010.
