The Selection Process

The recruitment philosophy at FIIT JEE is “Hire people for attitude and train them for skills”. The selection process shall be conducted at Delhi, Hyderabad & Chennai. Candidates should Fax at – 011-26525331, courier / post at address given below or their Resume with a passport size photograph, giving a contact Tel. / Fax number / E-mail & clearly specifying the Faculty Subject & Stream Code and also choice of interview Schedule.

The short listed candidates will be invited to appear in a written evaluation followed by group discussion. Candidates will also be asked to give a model lecture (on the topic of their choice) & personal interview.
