The Group Leader- Next Gen Sequencing Lab will spearhead Genotypic in an emerging field of Genomics- Next Gen Sequencing. The position requires a PhD. In Genomics/ Molecular Biology with Post doctoral experience and publications in peer Reviewed Journals. Candidate will possess atleast 5 years proven experience in value-addition through incorporation of new technologies. He/She will be required to lead and manage a group of Scientists to ensure services of the highest quality, incorporate constant improvement to build and enhance the knowledge base of the organization. Experience in sequencing and microarray technologies will be an advantage. Capability to adapt new technologies quickly, troubleshoot molecular biology protocols and set new standards, excellent knowledge in Molecular biology techniques and hands-on experience in good laboratory practices a must.
The position requires candidates with excellent communication skills, dynamism, thirst for cutting edge technologies and capacity to be independent. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
