-I or high II class Basic Degree + Master of Library & Information Science (M.Lib. Sc.) from a recognized University.
-2-3 years experience after obtaining M.Lib. Sc. In a College or University Library.
-Basic skills in using computer and software packages for library automation and networking.
Assistant Librarian
Job Description:
-Bachelor’s Degree + Degree in Library & Information science from a recognized University.
-Knowledge of using computer and library software for automation and networking.
-2-3 years working experience in an academic library.
-Experience or classification of books and other related technical work.
Librarian Assistant
Job Description:
-2 years Diploma course offered by the Board of Technical Education in Karnataka.
-Basic knowledge of using computers in library working system or a certificate in computer course recognized by AICTE.
