NIFTEM: Recruitment of faculty posts
1. Professor: 05
Pay Scale: 37,400 – 67,000 + AGP of 10, 000
Job Description:: A Professor will head one or more than one Departments.
Will work under the overall control of the Director of the Institute through Dean.
The Professor will look after all the activities of the Department(s) under his control and will be involved in teaching and research activities. They will be acting as Chairs of their respective Departments.
2. Associate Professor: 05 Posts
Pay Scale: 37,400 – 67,000 + AGP of 9,000
Job Description:
-The Associate Professor will assist the Professor in respect of the Department under his charge.
The Associate Professor will look after all the activities of the Department(s) under his charge and shall be responsible to the Professor. He will be responsible for regular teaching and research activities at NIFTEM.
3. Assistant Professor: 11 Posts
?Pay Scale: 15,600 – 39,100 + AGP of 6,000
Job Description:
-The Assistant Professor will assist the Associate Professor or the Professor of the Department concerned.
-The Assistant Professor will look after all the activities of the Department assigned to him and shall be responsible to the Associate Professor and the Professor. He will be responsible for regular teaching and research activities at NIFTEM.
