National Meat and Poultry Processing Board (NMPPB)

National Meat and Poultry Processing Board (NMPPB) is in process of setting up the National Laboratory at New Delhi.  Applications for the following posts are invited from the candidates having the qualifications prescribed below. The positions are purely on Contract basis initially for one year and extendable further.

Deputy General Manager(Meat/Poultry)
Posts: 2
Pay Scale: Rs.35,000/- (Fixed)
Qualification: Ph.D. in Biochemistry / Food Science/Veterinary live Stock product Technology (Veterinary Public Health/ Meat Science).  With experience in Meat /Poultry/ Food Analysis/ Quality Control. 3 to 5 Years Senior level experience in Food Testing laboratory/Research centre is preferable.

Laboratory Incharge
Posts: 1
Pay Scale: Rs.30,000/-(Fixed)
Qualification: Ph.D. in Biochemistry/ Food Science/ Veterinary Science with particular experience in meat quality determination etc.,

Senior Research Associates
Posts: 2
Pay Scale: Rs.20, 000/-(Fixed)
Qualification: M.sc., in Biochemistry/Food Science/ Veterinary Science / Microbiology with two years experience.

Age Limit: For S.No.(1) 55 Years and For S.No. 2 & 3, 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on date of Interview (Relax able as per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
