WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
Candidates are invited for the recruitment of one Social Welfare Officer, One Research Associate, two Project Assistants and one Tissue Culture Assistant positions in the project entitled “Integrated Development of Peppara Dam tribal area through plant resource enrichment for tribal livelihood enhancement, Screw pin project under KSIDC and Marari mushroom project”

1. PNK/A-100 Social Welfare Officer-1 Essential:- 1st class degree in M.S.W.

Desirable:-One-Two years experience in tribal development activities.

Rs. 15,000/- 35 years
2. PNK/ A-113 Research Associate -1 Essential:-1st class M. Sc. Botany with Ph.D in Botany / Biotechnology/Life Science. Desirable:- Three years research experience with at least three publications in the relevant area of specialization. If Ph.D candidate with required expertise is not available, M.Sc Botany with at least three years experience and three publications in the relevant area of specialization will be considered Rs. 16,500/- + 5% HRA 35 years
3. PNK/ A-100 Project Assistant-1 Essential:-B.Sc Botany with first class.

Desirable:-Experience in people’s participatory programme and computer operation.

Rs. 8000/- PM 28 years
4. PNK/ A-113 Tissue Culture Assistant -1 Essential:-B.Sc Botany with experience in plant tissue culture. Rs. 6000/- +5% HRA 28 years
5. NSP/A-109 Project Assistant -1 Essential:-B.Sc Botany

Desirable:- Experience in Mushroom cultivation, spawn production, co-ordination of training pogrammes.

Rs. 5000/- PM 28 years

Age limit – calculated as on 1st January 2010 (Age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. norms). Interested candidates may appear for a Walk-in-Interview on 01-07-2010 at 10 AM with original certificates, application, updated CV, attested copies of certificates, mark list and proof of age.

In the event of more than ten candidates appearing for the interview, a written test will be conducted to shortlist the candidates.
