Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in its Silver Jubilee Year (2009 – 10) is organizing an International Conference of the functionaries of IGNOU Learner Support Centres in India, Partner Institutions of IGNOU outside India, State Open Universities, Open Universities of SAARC countries and the corporate learning bodies.
